Monthly Music Series: Annie and the Fur Trappers

Join us for a special performance by Annie and the Fur Trappers, a Saint Louis-based jazz band. Known for playing traditional jazz favorites, classic blues, and unique original songs, Annie and the Fur Trappers will take you back to the Roaring Twenties: a time of fun, dancing, and music!

Annie and the Fur Trappers are comprised of local Saint Louis musicians, including trumpet player and vocalist Annie Linders, banjo player Bryan Cool, clarinetist Rudolph Torrini, pianist Mary Ann Schulte, sousaphone player Jon Weiss, and percussionist Matt Sluder. The band formed in 2016 and has since toured all over the United States playing music festivals, swing dances, and local pubs. The band’s version of “Delta Bound” is featured at the Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Museum in Meridian, Mississippi.
