Sip, Sketch & Socialize: Op Art Coloring Meetup

Space in this class has reached capacity. You may still add your name to the wait list should a spot become available.

Unwind with a signature cocktail and de-stress with an evening of coloring. Learn to create geometric patterns and optical illusions inspired by the exhibition Victor Vasarely: Calculated Compositions. Spend a relaxing evening expressing your creativity on canvas and/or paper, through a focused interaction with bold colors and shapes. Channel your inner Victor Vasarely! Vasarely is widely regarded as the “Father of the Op Art movement.” The French-Hungarian artist became entranced by patterns, including that of a chessboard in the late 1930s, which became the quintessential framework for his art.
