Join local meditation and movement teacher Dianna Lucas for yoga inspired by the exhibition, Universal Turf: Peter Manion, which features colorful and meditative works that use strength, balance, and focus to remain aloft. Dianna will reflect on the mind/body connections between chess and yoga, followed by a yoga practice in a cozy environment. Please bring a yoga mat. This class is open to beginners and experienced yogis.
