Join us for an evening of collaging with assemblage aficionado Deb Douglas! Inspired by the advertisements on view in A Beautiful Game, participants will create their own unique compositions using fashion editorials and vintage ads as source material. No previous experience necessary.

Deb Douglas is a mixed media artist and associate professor of art and art history at Saint Louis University. She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with an MFA in painting and printmaking. Douglas has exhibited throughout the area including solo exhibitions at The Sheldon Art Galleries in 2018 and the Schmidt Art Center in Belleville, IL in 2017. Douglas also exhibited in 2017’s Imagery of Chess: Saint Louis Artists at the World Chess Hall of Fame. Additionally, she has exhibited work in Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Madrid, Spain.
