Inspired by the award medals on view in US Chess: 80 Years—Promoting the Royal Game in America, Sarah will explain fundamental jewelry design and demonstrate techniques to create your own wearable works of art. Sarah Walters is a jewelry designer and master crafter, and the Outreach Coordinator for the World Chess Hall of Fame. She obtained her B.F.A. in Photography and B.S. in Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is designing and working in Saint Louis.
