Crafts & Cocktails: Soft Sculptures with Alexa Clavijo

Join Alexa Clavijo for an evening of crafting abstract soft sculptures! Inspired by the exhibition Michael Drummond: Being Played, participants will find innovative ways to use fabric to make one of a kind works of art. Clavijo will cover the basics of cutting and sewing reclaimed textiles to create sculptural pieces.
Availability is limited to 16 guests.
Alexa Clavijo is a Saint Louis-based multimedia artist whose work revolves around the use of a vibrant color palette and humor in everyday situations. She uses her art to experiment with form, function, and malfunction while abstracting her daily surroundings. See her work at alexaclavijo.com.
