Jingle is reservation-only with payment due in advance. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticket grants admission for one hour, with each time block beginning on the hour and ending on the hour. Guests may purchase additional, consecutively-timed tickets, subject to availability.
Due to Jingle’s limited capacity, guests who have not checked in within 10 minutes of the beginning of their reservation will automatically forfeit their ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Walk-ins will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and will be required to purchase a ticket at full price, regardless of entry time.
Jingle’s Naughty hours are for guests aged 21 and up, subject to verification with a state or government-issued i.d. Jingle’s Nice hours are for all ages, while guests aged 12 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.
