Learn how to carve and print your own linocuts with local printmaker, Alanna White! Explore various types of markmaking and carving techniques to create unique variations of texture and tone, much like the works on view in our most recent exhibition, M.C. Escher: Infinite Variations. No previous experience required; supplies included.

Alanna White received her B.F.A. in Printmaking from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is one of the founders of the Ember Orbit design studio. With a wide range of techniques under her belt, Alanna’s work spans from unique one-of-a-kind monotypes, to woodcuts, and screenprints.
Reservations recommended. $5 Admission for WCHOF Members. $10 General Admission.
