Match of the Matriarchs: Ladies’ Knight Lesson & Curator Tour
Join us for a special edition of the Saint Louis Chess Club’s “Ladies’ Knight” program, hosted here at the World Chess Hall of Fame, inside our newest gallery exhibition, Donna Dodson: Match of the Matriarchs and Other Amazonmachies! WCHOF Chief Curator Shannon Bailey will speak about the exhibition, and WGM Thalia Cervantes will lead a lesson using the life-sized pieces from Dodson’s “Match of the Matriarchs” chess set, the only set of its kind depicting all women pieces.
