Enjoy a free, in-person tour of our current exhibitions led by a member of our curatorial team! Each tour lasts approximately 30 minutes and tickets are extremely limited. Virtual tours are also available on our website and YouTube channel.

Pawns & Passports: Chess Sets from Around the Globe has received national recognition from both USA Today and Yahoo! News. Featuring chess sets from over 30 countries, the show demonstrates how people from different regions have transformed the pieces to reflect their culture and history. On view through January 9, 2022.

Check, Please! Chess Dining & Decor highlights over 150 artifacts inside unique, immersive environments, which include food and drink-themed chess sets, chess-inspired tableware, utensils and decor from the collection of the World Chess Hall of Fame. On view through January 9, 2022.

Masterminds: Chess Prodigies is an exhibition that tells the stories of notable chess prodigies including Bobby Fischer, World Chess Champion Magnus Carlsen and the Polgar sisters. The exhibition will also highlight the achievements of players who took up the game later in life and still made a mark on the world of chess. On view through November 7, 2021.
